Flag Maps for Testing

When your map is ready for feedback, mark it as 'Ready for Testing.' This highlights your BSP file to dedicated map testers in the community who can download it, run playtests, and offer constructive feedback to improve your design.

Request Help from Other Mappers

Struggling with an area of your map? Flag it as 'Need Help' and share your VMF along with a request description. Other mappers can download your work, examine your layout or entities, and offer targeted support or fixes.

I'm Sulliven, a Hammer SDK mapper who's wasted more hours on dead-end projects than I'd like to admit—think of my hard drive as a graveyard for half-finished maps. It all started with my Trikz Mappers Discord community, where I was making tools for Hammer and creating tutorials to help new mappers. I had ideas for a tool I always wanted, and I realized waiting around wouldn't make them real. So, I built MapMinder SDK with the support of my wife duchess / wanahawkaloogee to bring those ideas to life for mappers and testers.

What It Does

MapMinder SDK tracks your total mapping hours and time spent on specific projects, but only if you enable it—the app detects new projects to track hours automatically, keeping your privacy first (no hours or files shared unless you choose to). You can flag a map as ready for testing, letting testers download it in-app to provide feedback. For sharing, hit the share button to upload maps or VMFs in-app for feedback or collaboration with other mappers.
